Battle of the Bulbs

The Battle of the Bulbs is a month-long electricity reduction competition. The dormitory that reduces its electricity usage by the highest percentage at the end of February WINS THE GREEN CUP and an organic food STUDY BREAK! Individual participation is rewarded with entry into a RAFFLE--including people who don't live in Housing!
